Once the device gets stopped, remain calm with your eyes closed for at least 1-2 minutes. Feel anaesthetized sensation in your body while lying at rest. It is the normal feeling of well being.
1.If you sweat during your exercise session, be sure to cover yourself to prevent chills and colds.
2.If you feel giddy or heaviness while exercising to a level where you feel comfortable during initial use. Thereafter again start increasing the duration gradually as your body responds.
