How Walker Does Works?

  • Drink a glass of hot water before and after using the morning walker as it helps in improving blood circulation and digestion processes in the body.
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothes while exercising with the walker.
  • Always place the walker on a hard surface and not on soft mattresses.
  • Lie back on the floor and place both your legs on the walker.
  • Adjust your legs safely on the equipment and remember to place ankles ahead of the grooved footrest.
  • Switch off the fan while exercising.
  • The beginners should use it for 4-5 minutes and then slowly increase the time according to what suits the body.
  • Don’t go above 15 minutes at one time.
  • Choose your desired posture while exercising through the walker.
  • The automatic timer provided in the walker gets switched off after the preset time is over.

Once the device gets stopped, remain calm with your eyes closed for at least 1-2 minutes. Feel anaesthetized sensation in your body while lying at rest. It is the normal feeling of well being.

  • Turn your body towards sideways and sit in a cross legged position for a minute to get relaxed.
  • Ones who cannot turn and sit, they may just lie down for some extra time.
  • Feel free to stop the equipment immediately when you start feeling dizzy or uncomfortable while working out with morning walker.
  • Always switch off the power socket to stop the equipment and not by rotating the timer.
  • Lift both your legs from the footrest and place it by the side of the equipment. Rest for a while before you get up.
  • Unplug the cord from the outlet when not in use.
  • Use it only the way it is prescribed in the manual. No other attachment is recommended by us.
  • Do not use it immediately after eating.
  • Do not use if you are Pregnant.

1.If you sweat during your exercise session, be sure to cover yourself to prevent chills and colds.
2.If you feel giddy or heaviness while exercising to a level where you feel comfortable during initial use. Thereafter again start increasing the duration gradually as your body responds.
